Cooking is easy, it’s literally following directions.
I make a fine chicken parmesan, some excellent chicken enchiladas, chicken teriyaki, Kung pao chicken. I do a lot with chicken, beef you just have to grill over an open flame with some salt, pepper and olive oil. I also make pretty good cakes from scratch.
I like making a pork roast basted with this stuff called “Saucy Susan.” It comes out really good if you baste it at the end, and just use a meat thermometer to know when it’s donezo.
