I always thought troon was just used as an insult as opposed to getting around social media censorship. But I don’t spend my free time interacting with rightoids on twitter so maybe I’m wrong.

I’ve talked to british people who have waited years for NHS care (they’re still waiting). This also happens to cancer patients and those with heart conditions being rejected from NHS treatment (called “time-wasters”). It’s extremely common to complain about this in the UK: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c302e83vrv5o. Emergency is OK (they will arrest you for calling 999 if it’s “not serious”), but chronic conditions is not very good. It’s not just a week.
That said having a public and private option just seems more flexible.
yeah that’s why people tend to go private for serious stuff in the UK. The problem is that the NHS doesn’t just accept private stuff, so you can’t just go private for what you need fast, and then continue with the NHS when you’re in better health. Diagnostic scans are a common “use-case” for private care, but it depends on whether your GP accepts a private scan or not to for triaging you. I’ve never been to a hospital outside the US, so I’m pretty ignorant to how this works. I just kinda assumed the NHS just acted like an insurance company, the fact that private health care is completely separate and the NHS won’t even collaborate with it sounds pretty gay. I’d still take it over what we have in the US though by a mile.
We haven’t seen socialized healthcare without Jews and niggers abusing the system, so I wouldn’t assume socialized healthcare needs some type of privatized backup until we see a jew free form

I’ve enjoyed socialised medicine in Spain and Britain and it is great. I highly recommend it. Come visit o Europe and visit and stay if you can.
