I remember the on-off ep (in season 3 iirc) where two “extras” have an ep about diamonds something and it ends up them buried alive, final scene “I’m paralyzed”.
That was a good ep.

Early soft drinks were usually sold as at least partly medicinal.
Coca-Cola (Coca leaf and Kola nut) was sold as medicinal, because it is, in a manner of speaking. I imagine chugging an original would have left a person pretty euphoric and feeling no pain. The amount of Coca leaf was pretty significant, at first.

I do not know if they even sell it in the U.S. But try glutenfree beer. You will not get the beer gut, feel bloated and all that. If not just stick to cider

Quinn was a more interesting character then Daniel Jackson, It is sad he only got 1 season.
Try Fishers Island Lemonade. It’s whiskey and vodka with lemonade and honey. Great summer drink.

There’s a weird bit of food science that involves mixing equal parts cranberry Mike’s Hard and cucumber lime Gatorade. Something about the combination of the two neutralizes the flavors of both and it tastes like “nothing”. Like there is almost something there but it’s gone instantly. Like you heard a rumor about a flavor but forgot it. It’s eldritch goyslop horror.

Bourbon and root bear is incredible. The root beer brings all the good flavors out of the whiskey. So much better than coke a cola imo

When Pepsi did their 1893 branded limited edition run with actual kola nut flavor it tasted so good, on its own and as a mixer for rum/brandy
