All the talk about “downsizing” plays well in to what the game industry is doing right now, at least Sony and Microsoft/Xbox. They buy out these companies and destroy studios or do mass layoffs and they wonder why their products come out like utter trash. Gee, your employees are worried they might get fired or the studio they work at dissolves overnight and you wonder why your profits are in the gutter. Laws really need to be made to combat this but the biggest obstacle are Americans that don’t want this for whatever stupid reason.
