I started buying VHS tapes a while back. I bought an old Sony Trinitron to play old videogame systems and the VCR was needed. Looks like crap, sound is hard to hear but it’s still fun.
I had my dad’s hand me down silver Yamaha component system with Advent speakers. That shit was vintage. I was given a Marantz receiver by someone and used that instead. 15 years ago just gave it away.

My big thing is cassettes but specifically cassette audiobooks. I use my phone or iPod for music and podcasts but listening to books on tape feels so unique. I love flipping sides and changing tapes to continue the story. Plus the crackly, shitty audio feels cozy lol.
