The problem with the Fallout show is not minor lore details. The show gets the entire tone wrong. The originals and New Vegas are only funny in the way Mad Max is funny. Weird post-apocalyptic juxtapositions. For example it’s funny that there’s a roman legion wearing football gear and bats. But in the actual story they are treated as a serious entity. In contrast the show is a complete farce where every character and faction is a stupid unfunny joke. And the lore discrepancies are major and world changing for no reason.
If you want a good show check out Dark. It’s 3 seasons of time traveling puzzles and well acted drama. It’s a combination of Primer and Stranger Things…also there’s minimal gay shit (yes, there’s still some but it’s minimal).
It’s also in German so you’re gonna have to read subtitles…
Interestingly enough, it’s about a small town in Germany and time traveling, but the show writer succeeds at totally avoiding any mention of the 1933 to 1946 era, and there is no mention of ebil nahtzees.
