As a weapons nerd it always struck me that Soviet weapons had two batch lots of production during the war. Weapons manuals will point out the Soviets moved all their weapons plants over the Urals closer to Moscow so the production had to be halted as they moved, yet no one points out why they were there close to Germany to begin with, as they were pre staged for the invasion of Europe. My favourite Ryan content was on the vaunted Tuskegee Airmen WWII black fighter squadron. As expected they were being BTFOd by German pilots in 1945 when they didn’t even have air superiority over their own cities and were flying non-stop while probably hallucinating out of pure exhaustion.

I’m a little bit of a fan of Ryan Faulk. You might even say he’s the reason I frequent this part of the internet.
So I’m not familiar at all with Ryan. I basically went from Cumtown and Abby/Robby Martin directly into TRS politics, but this guy is great. Only 30min in but very enjoyable listen.
He is or was on YouTube under the name Alternate Hypothesis if memory serves.

Destroying the electrical infrastructure is almost impossible. As Russia have shown in Ukraine. They still got power, it is absolutely unreal how resilient it is, sure it is reaching the breaking point after 4 years of daily bombings and as it turns out the only thing that actually works is to destroy the power plants themselves.

This is relevant to my interest
I love Ryan. He saved me from Marxism/anarchism. He’s a once in a lifetime combination of a person who is intelligent, motivated, competent and brave enough to do his own research (except like, for real), and to examine his own positions and the assumptions of the society around him. All while not falling into the rightoid trap of just making shit up.
I have a feeling a ton of people wouldn’t be here without him.
