This explanation is clear and makes sense to me. Also with the help of Werner von Braun, 3rd Reich Germany would have went to the moon, if the war wasn’t lost.
In fact, the imaging technology could not have come close to faking the moon landing. Our rocket, avionics, submarine and signals technology could do it, but cameras and recording medium could not.
People see the one or two ten second clips their entire lives and are unaware that the entire thing from blastoff to touchdown was broadcast live.
