He pivoted to the “Riviera,” then tried direct negotiations with Hamas (which Israel derailed), then Israel bitched about the Iran talks (they wanted a quick strike), now they’re outraged over Yemen (even if it turns out to be short-lived).

Discord does automatically use automatic sensitivity detection when your set to voice activity instead of push to talk. The fix for this flipping issue could be changing that to manual instead of automatic
The static could also be a problem with the mic input. I remember that I had issues with that when I would go on randbox show even though I was Bluetooth, it was because of an issue with my phone charger. In my experience, automatic gain control doesn’t mess with input sensitivity, it’s just the automatic setting around when Discord picks up your mic. Voice activity means your mic is always on unless you muted
