Hate Bus is really funny, they’ve gone a different direction. The usual 2016 TRS knock off either became full on pro jewish bap tier, TRS alog show or disappeared. Hate Bus just said fuck it and they just do funny racist humor and internet culture, lolcow nonsense. I don’t think they do any cringe aloging or anything like that, laid back stuff. I’m not a metal guy i mostly skip the RFI segment. But It’s a laugh riot.
I listened to some episodes a while ago and they spoke positively of TRS, which was a surprise. They do some pretty solid music content too. Wonder why I don’t hear more about them.

I really like the newer eluveitie stuff.
I have a shirt of theirs, so I occasionally encounter attempting to pronounce it for strangers. I’ve been listening to them for 20 years and I’m still really not sure how to pronounce it.
Also once in a while I’ll listen to Anna Murphy’s “new” band. It’s called cellar darling if you like her that much and didn’t know that was out there.
I say ell-oo-vy-tee but whatever lol. I haven’t listened to a ton of their stuff but there are a few of their more popular ones that stuck with me like King. Folk metal is a genre that I haven’t explored but they seem to be solid.

The Slop of a Nation. I love listening to albums as a whole but bands have definitely been engineered to make a decent debut album to then only record 1 or 2 “good” songs every few years after that. Second screen sloptent is 99% of what we get these days, obviously by design, and it’s really demoralizing. A lot of metal bands jumped on the TV preacher A-logging bandwagon. Metallica (Leper Messiah), Black Sabbath (TV Crimes), Ozzy (Miracle Man). Slayer had one too but the name escapes me now.
Death’s Spiritual Healing is on that list as well. The cover of that album would have been great for the Genesis single.
