I beat my sleep paralysis daemons by responding to it by holding my breath; it becomes a game of chicken at that point and I win each time. I cant tell if I am really holding my breath IRL but the last few times (many years ago by now) I remember the dream vision going “cloudy and white” and a sense of pressure building up. HTH or at least makes someone laugh.

I’ve been wishing for an mp3 version of prep for years. Fuck the video, there’s no reason to have some 4k 30gb video file that’s just 25 minutes of you guys talking about not doing content. Even if you go back to video, just upload the video as 360p and include an audio version. Radio killed the video star.

I support a system where we both fall back and spring back so we’re always getting an extra hour of sleep with time changes. I mean, yeah it will massively fuck up time keeping, but extra hour of sleep is totally worth it.
