The Treasury Secretary is being a fag (figuratively) because we have achieved the secular bear market. In other words, the aging of the population has forced the market into falling prices and valuations–And this next bubble will counteract that perfectly and never pop. in all seriousness nationalizing the real estate behemoth that used to be Black Rock say, would also do in Airbnb, etc. And return valuations to somewhere between 1989 and 2008.
