Dharma King, Spectre and Borzoi step into the bizarre bazaar, wading through the kultur that we deserve trying to find the way into the Hitlerverse. From the mathematical concept of infinity and the many worlds theory arising from no cap fr fr quantum physics, to the wasteland of fiction and genre fiction and the destruction of the idea of what reading is even for – you’re in for a ride, my friend. Buckle up, as we take on the mindless American DiaBadass.

Broke: Making jokes about black holes (tee hee)
Woke: Desperately trying to construct a pun about the Cameltonian of a system.
The sexual degenerates acting as gatekeepers in Science Fiction and Fantasy is not new – I noticed it as a heavy genre fiction reader in the early 1980s, especially when I ventured out to Berkeley California where the 1960s never ended and some of the New Wave science fiction writers were still active. Marion Zimmer Bradley was one of these types who was married to a boy-diddler and it was later learned that she abused her own children. Horrible stuff and apparently a semi-open secret for decades. So the Neil Gaiman and Amanda Palmer news isn’t surprising to me. What… Read more »

If DK has no fans I am dead
I’m stoked for a Borz solo show. Please bully me into writing my novel! (Wait, how will I ever have time if all I do is listen to TRS?)
Im really hoping for this Thursday but because tomorrow is my show with Mike then I absolutely have to record Wednesday unless I can get everything else done today. I’m 50/50 now for this week but 100 on next week at latest since it’s second on my docket.
What was the name of the sci-fi book Borzoi recommended? Sounded interesting but I didn’t make a note of it and I’m too lazy to go back through the episode.
Space Merchants
Is there a homeless character named Darma Kang rambling about the universe at the cosmic train station?
We wuz astrophysics n sheeit
I read The Space Merchants about 40 years ago. I don’t remember much about it and I was probably too young to get it properly; I should read it again.
JFC this many worlds talk gave me autism. I’d be at the train store
Thank god for the third rail, just in time for work tomorrow morning. <3
The multiverse thing is basically taking “what happens to the the opposite side of the coin when you’re done flipping it” and extrapolating it to “dude infinite worlds”. It’s basically pseudoscience springing from math’s (application specific) vagaries.
Hey, Spectre, you might like Revelation Space by Alastair Reynolds for some hard sci-fi. The guy is an astrophysicist with an interesting writing style. He delves into some quantum physics, but I rather enjoy his exploration of trans-humanism, post-humanism, and technology.
Reynolds also did the Fermi Paradox thing better than Mass Effect. I wouldn’t be surprised if Drew Karpyshyn(the writer of ME) read Revelation Space first.
First book is very good and stands on its own. 2nd book suck I have not read more then that.
As for the Fermi Paradox i think both did it well.
The silver lining with Israeli Hollywood Jews like Neil Druckmann or Avi Arad is that they are fucking stupid and grug to the point even normies can see through their bullshit. Meanwhile what makes Jews like Neil Gaiman so insidious is that he is familiar with the Western canon right down to being the go to source for everything Old English and Norse even among amateur scholars (though obviously not serious academics like Jackson W. Crawford who’s called out Gaiman for his bullshit). Basically Gaiman has been granted by the media the role as the guardian of our history and… Read more »
The Simpsons have become more Millennial coded over the years because anytime I see someone with a Simpsons avatar or using a Simpsons meme, it’s going to be from some godawful shitlib Millennial.
Yeah, my Christian parents were against us watching the Simpsons when I was a kid. Then South Park came out and I was old enough to skirt my parents’ rules. I watched it all the time and didn’t understand half of it.
The Borzoi AI is malfunctioning. The actual quote from George H.W Bush is
“America needs to be a lot more like the Waltons and a lot less like the Simpsons.”
Though I can forgive that since few people today even know about the tv series, The Waltons and many millennials like myself probably only know the show from that quote.
Borzoi got the reference wrong on purpose because knowing too many Simpsons references is the sign of being a massive shitlib Millennial and he’s a massive Nazi Millennial.
His algorithm has been exposed as jeet-derived
The Waltons was probably even more subversive than The Simpsons from our point of view. I’ve only watched a few episodes but it seems like every one had a poor colored boy who was being discriminated against and an evil, ignorant white racist who needed to learn his lesson and become better.
Thanks for following me on Twitter, Spectre!
You should probably know that the only time I interact with that hell app is when I’m dropping a deuce. Literally. It’s not a good place to be. 😏
Welcome back DK! Neat show description. Can’t wait for a discussion of ℵ numbers and that crazy jew Cantor.
We went in a slightly different direction that I think you will still appreciate. But your comment reminds me that I have a whole rant about how the insane bloodthirsty fanatical religious Zionist Abraham Fraenkel deserves no credit whatsoever for the development of Ernst Zermelo’s axiomatic system. Thoralf Skolem made exactly the same revision to the Axiom of Replacement in exactly the same year as Fraenkel (1922) so if you insist on calling it something other than Zermelo set theory you should call it Zermelo-Skolem.
So you’re tellin me there’s a chance….(that Hitler’s comin back.) YES!
First.
