Ok, so you’re tacitly admitting it’s not fair, you just insist it’s not very common so no reason to make laws about it. At what number does it become an issue for you? When there are 1,000 boys playing in girls sports? When it’s 5,000? Give me a number where it’s no longer acceptable to you and we can do something about it.
Last apartment condo I lived in had electric baseboard heat. Such a pita, thankfully I could use the common hallway to abbiently heat my place during winters along with the benefit of being sandwiched between units so I rarely dipped below 60 even when it was freezing outside. If had used the electric baseboards my electric bill would have been $300 a month, as for just a few days during some cold snaps was enough to drive it to $120.
