“Restorative justice” just means applying social pressure to the victim of anti-social behavior to forgive the aggressor and set aside any sense of grievance they may have. Workplaces use it too, and now schools use it to not punish Blacks when they beat up on White kids.
My idea of restorative justice is to take the offender and restore them to the Earth.

I knew a teacher that moved to Vermont after teaching in Detroit for a period of time. This was before I was an active listener to racist podcast and was just an edgy rightoid. For three decades, my mom was an elementary school teacher at a school that was 60% latinks, 30% groid, 5% white, and 5% other (mostly Asian).
She’s a diehard boomer libtard that calls Trump and DeSantis ideological fascists, but her race realist stories of dealing with non-white students and their parents are fantastic.

A girl I knew from high school went into teaching. When I had heard from her some years after, found out she was moving out of state because, surprise surprise, she couldn’t handle the black students. She genuinely did not feel safe.
