I don’t think pretty much all of us had to go through a process of doing our own research before we found out it was fake. You have to start doubting it own. Then once you get that far someone else can help you connect all the dots.
I met Bob Mathews, at a gun show in Montana. He didn’t seem disagreeable, at all. He was friendly and personable and smilin’, as were his two (soon to be famous) friends. I was pretty amazed to hear about what went on, with those three, a couple of years later.
