The early conspiracies crafted from the Vegas shooting were really dumb. It’s like these people have never been outside before. This isn’t a Motel 6. It’s a $200-500 a room casino hotel and this dude was blowing thousands of dollars there every night. They were treating him like royalty. In regards to the helicopter or life flight we are not calling out life flight unless we can regain a pulse on scene. If someone is seriously injured and is without a pulse then the only way they are being transported to the hospital is if we are able to resuscitate them on scene or they are in cardiac arrest due to isolated chest trauma and we are within 10 to 20 minutes of a level I or II trauma center where ER docs and thoracic surgeons can attempt a resuscitative thoracotomy.
