Nitro’s are something I have seen Native’s get high on in my state since 2014. At first, they put the item behind glass locking cases and limited buying to 1 per day and it only increases alcohol theft. Might as well let them take Key board air then steal alcohol. Might sound morbid but at least you deal with them for less of a period of time. Until this dystopia is solved and police save us by actually start arresting people and maybe enforcing laws.
