I think you guys might be overthinking why Russia has an apparent hate boner for Nazism. 1) the unity of Russia in its current form relies on a big tent, and 2) their “Great Patriotic War” seems to have become a kind of foundation myth, and Nazis are a convenient scapegoat for things like the Katyn massacre and a distraction for other Soviet atrocities.
