Here’s a tip. READ A BOOK ABOUT MANAGEMENT! It’s not that hard. This will help you guys get your shit straight. Learn to manage people! Stop hiring your buddies, and treat it like a fucking business! Resumes, interviews, and experience are more important than letting your beer buddy run an organization. Get it together!!!
Books on management are generally a waste of time. There is no book on managing an organization who’s intention is to bring down ZOG while living under the rule of ZOG. Management of people and organizations is learned through experience. The fact that the NJP had successful protests across the country speaks to how well things have gone despite the drama. Imagine what a better run organization can do.
There are management methods that could be used to ensure an organization is run accordingly. These same ideas, philosophies, and mentorship skills can be used almost universally, and YES, even within an organization attempting to fight ZOG! Every organization, group, office, or shop fairs better under proper leadership. Proper leadership skills can be learned (from books…) and it’s ignorant to state that it can’t. I’ve led small and large groups of people successfully utilizing management guidance derived from a book. What Mike said in the second hour about Striker – “we did a great show, we were good friends and perhaps we will be good friends again one day” – this gives me hope as I do think the work Mike did with Striker was amazing. They both complimented each other’s thinking so well. I hope an olive branch will eventually be extended and differences settled for the greater good. Maybe I’m being naive but this would be a dream come true.

Thanks for explaining moike. As someone who had to live with chronic pain too, I wonder if that had a part in you seemingly unbeknownst delegated duties you should’ve kept to yourself. I know that happened to me when it was really bad.

I am pissed at whoever is managing NJP telegram account now. Stop it. People gave their hard earned money to this organization. You cant turn it into a shitshow.
Frankly, I’d be happy if the NJP simply copied everything that the Patriotic Alternative does. They seem solid and functional. I like their family friendly/Tea drinking/hiking style. If I wanted to get drunk or do other drugs I wouldn’t need the NJP for that.
I think the culture of any institution is set by the leaders. Mark and Laura represent your typical normal English person and that’s why the organisation attracts that type. A dysfunctional leadership which has libertine attitudes to drugs and personal behaviour will reap what it sows.
I wonder if because Americans are the Europeans who left Europe, Americans are incapable of creating organizations the way Europeans in Europe can create organizations? Maybe it’s Darwin?
That makes sense. Europeans are in general, more intelligent and less mentally ill than Americans. They can be frustrating sometimes but it’s better to talk to a European than an American.
