I’m a bit older than these guys, but I do believe Gen X is the last generation to really experience/remember America as it was, before every last nook and cranny became jewed. (I’m not saying it wasn’t jewed back then, just that there was still a palpable sense of goyish optimism and the feeling this was our country.)
