When I was a roofer I would take pride in my work because I actually felt like I was doing something for people. Literally putting a roof over their heads. Now at my current job I just feel like a cog in a machine, less dangerous though.

Welp, no content for today. TDS tomorrow. Nothing on Sunday then last week’s NJP Weekly Review on Monday, Sven’s shows on Tuesday and this week’s NJP Weekly Review Wednesday. Am I doing high time preference or low time preference? I can never remember.
Work should be treated as a necessary evil, not something that one looks forward to. Sure I like visiting new places as a truck driver but I’d much rather be at home getting in shape and being with my family and my dog
