First, I know I’m late to the party here, but seeing Warren and Emily together doing this show always makes my day. Second, granted that libertarianism is the opposite of NS, why is the libertarian to NS pipeline a thing? I think the answer to this question lies in the fact that both ideologies seek justice. I find it funny tate libertarians are literally the opposite of nazis, yet are seemingly the most honest in their “appraisals” of national socialism.

I would say that Ayn Rand has something in common with National Socialism in that Ayn Rand and Adolf Hitler both believes in inequality among men, whereas John Locke and classical liberalism believes that all men begin as essentially equal blank slates. Locke and Rand both believed in minimizing the state power.
