I looked it up once how many people were executed by Tito during his rule and the figure I found was 600 from 1948 to 1980 when he died. Now I’m sure there was more between 1945 and 1948 when he was establishing his rule but I would be surprised if that had even been a few thousand at absolute most because his enemies had no benefactors to pay for arms and other supplies.
