I get bursitis flare ups in my elbows really bad, from 20 years of swinging hammers. Tbh cycling isn’t bad. I was the 6 days a week PPL lifter for 15 years, but I’m at about the same level of social fatigue and have cut back to 3 days a week (one ppl) for 30 minutes total (supersets, 2 sets, for maybe 8 workouts).
