There is no gender neutral pronoun in English. “They” is plural indeed, This was probably done intentionally to create as much confusion as possible.
They are always fucking around with language in a dumb way. The word cis is obviously a play on cisalpina, in contrast with transalpina. A really low IQ appropriation of Roman history “Oh look transalpina – I’m trans”
Technically it can be used as a gender neutral pronoun. Example:
You’re starting a new job as a host at a sit down restaurant. Your boss tells you “ok, when a customer comes in, I want you to greet them.” You wouldn’t say “I want you to greet it.”
But it’s an entirely moot point because there are only two gender, troons are mentally ill, and the brown shirts did nothing wrong.

Well another reason why the media is allowed to venerate the officers who shot the tranny is that like it or not, that tranny was white. Imagine if they released the George Floyd body cam footage as immediately as they did this tranny shooting. Anyone who wants an easy introduction to Andrew Jackson, check out the historical fiction novel “Magnificent Destiny” (1962). It also covers Sam Houston, the liberator of Texas. The author was educated pre-WW2 so the book is just a celebration of great White men.
