Interesting POW stuff. Have you heard of Dale Maple? A prodigy who was a sympathizer and tried to break 2 POWs out of Camp Hale. Isn’t it interesting how the Christian Broadcasting Network went all the way to Jerusalem to fellate Netanyahu, but they didn’t say anything about the church attacks, the graveyard desecrations, the anti-Christian legislation, and the general anti-Christian persecution in Israel? Wouldn’t that be their top news priority as a Christian news outlet? I guess they’re not really Christian after all…

Do you think that an organization like the NJP would be better served by saying we’re Christian, Pagan or whatever else? I think Warren was being religioisly neutral as a matter of pragmatism rather than subversive moral relativism. At one point in Rome there were both Christian converts and people who followed the old traditions so there were always people who could consider an outside religion enough to change their mind. I can also imagine that many Romans were cynical enough to make a business decision based on which way the winds were blowing.
So how would you characterize the NSDAP position, “We demand liberty for all religious denominations in the State, so far as they are not a danger do it and do not militate against the moral feelings of the German race. The Party, as such, stands for positive Christianity, but does not bind itself in the matter of creed to any particular confession”?
