this medicaid thing is a perfect example of anti-whiteness in action. yeah the law itself is race-neutral, but the selective enforcement makes it purely anti-white.

It’s not that simple. There is a seven year look back period with Medicaid. Any transaction such as the one you describe not outside the seven year period can be reversed. Also the transaction in and of itself is problematic in that it’s a gift and possibly creates a gift tax liability.
For anyone distributing literature by tossing a weighted bag in people’s yards, one thing must be kept in mind. There is nothing stopping people from taking it out of the bag and putting it in their mailboxes, then claiming one of us did it. They can even organize all their neighbors to do the same thing. This is off topic, but I think that Warren and McNabb served as a great counterbalance to Mike earlier in the week. You can’t have assets of over $3k in most states in order to receive Medicaid. If you don’t disclose those assets and they find out, then they can bill you. Many elderly have to deed the family home/cars to a family member to qualify for Medicaid (which is way better than Medicare alone).
