Grew up K-12 public schools in Atlanta suburbs. There are more Mexicans than blacks it is shocking. There were more blacks for a few years post Katrina, but one thing is constant, maybe 10-20% of the school was illegal Mexicans.

100% also when you look into the history the natives that were half breeds (daughters of the Injun Chief and the White Fur trader) usually ended up as leaders of their tribes.
