The ATF tried to question me at my house over a phony facebook tip they got. I don’t even like guns. The visit was obviously political.
The amnesty is a trap you have 120 days to give the atf all your info and photo evidence then they have 88 days to do your background or it gets auto rejected. And the atf has stated that they will take enforcement actions on rejections. Given the millions of braces the chances that anyone will get there check done within that 88 days is 0. So the “amnesty” is just a trap
922r only applies to importers that sell guns from what I understand. It’s retarded and not worth paying attention to imo. There is no way for them to prove if something stupid like your AK piston is American made or not, I’ll never understand why regular people comply with it. If some fed is trying to prove the original manufacturer of some random part on your rifle you’re probably already fucked for something else.
