I disagree with Striker and Mike a bit at the beginning; we all are in our own echo chambers so maybe you don’t see it but there are plenty of people watching the World Cup. While traveling I saw World Cup matches on TV at my hotel lobby and at local sports bars/restaurants and my extended family watched the Brazil vs. Serbia match after eating our Thanksgiving meal. It would be genuinely interesting and telling to see if these so called kid drag events have in any way increased or reduced the overall patronage to the gay bars that host them.
If there is genuine from the heart dissent on the topic of child sexual abuse and exhibition within the so called gay community, I’d at the very least hope, that they’re just awfully keen on diluting it, because I haven’t seen any at all.
