In North Carolina if a woman goes to the hospital after a sexual assault then a rape test kit is utilized, she is given emergency contraception, tested for diseases and given certain prophylactic medications for HIV/AIDS and Gonorrhea, and any other injuries are treated. By law all hospitals and medical facilities in North Carolina must report rape, child/elderly/disabled abuse, animal bites, and attempted murder to law enforcement.
I.E. Any tramp that wants an abortion can just claim they were raped.
An incest exception might be enforceable. The realistic option is a total ban, any family that really needs an abortion can induce a miscarriage in a number of ways. Any exceptions just create a loophole that will be exploited and the system would be bogged down by activists.
See we need to return to a world where rape actually can be readily identified. Rape is a violent assault that is going to leave other injuries unless they hold a woman at gunpoint and say if you don’t do this then I’m going to harm you. Short of that scenario there are always other injuries and I’ve unfortunately had to treat several rape victims over the years and every single one of them had cuts, bruises, fractured/broken bones, knocked out teeth, swelling, ect. Most fight back in some way unless the rapist has a literal gun to their head.
