I’d feel so uncomfortable and weird if a black were to cut my hair. One, I would not feel at ease. Two, I know my white body must feel strange to him as his does to me and being conscious of that makes me feel extra weirded out. Three, do they know how to cut white hair? Four, they smell either bad or “good” but bathed in cheap cologne, can’t stand it. I recently went to a great clips and lost the raffle and got a black dude. Black women aren’t that bad, at least you don’t worry as much that they’ll take the scissors to your throat.
American here, and I could never go to a black barber shop. It would be very weird and uncomfortable for me, even it it was perfectly safe. I’d rather go to a soulless corporate chain unisex haircut place where it’s a different set of White female employees every time I visit. I’d rather go to an old school blue collar White male barber shop but I can’t find one where I live in suburbia.

Don’t get me wrong I love Mike, but he should consider color contacts (even a hazel would do wonders to produce a more lifelike gaze) and also stylish glasses (the clear rimmed ones are popular) with a slight magnification (he wears readers anyway) to increase distance between eyes.
I saw Milo on Tim Pool…or rather I saw Milo’s unnatural prosthetic teeth. Yea it might look better alone, but we all know it’s fake.

I’m gonna be this guy. I had bad lower back issues for awhile. I started stretching hamstrings and hips daily and it’s made world of difference. Don’t stretch cold muscles though
Stretching is great.
There was a great King of the Hill episode where Hank was having back pain and somehow was referred to this yoga instructor who was a complete freak so he was really resistant to it. And then he realized that it was helpful.

Jesse, dry heat is not good for treating back problems.
I don’t know recall the part of your back affected. Was it low back as in sciatica? I use Bed Buddy, mainly for the neck, but use it for my low back. I heat it for about a minute, wrap it in the bottom of my shirt then tuck it under my waistband (sweatpants/athletic pants). It helps a lot. Amazon $9.99 https://tinyurl.com/29rvhvpq
For traumatic injuries, its heat initially and cold after. But with my history of back injuries, heat provides more relief. I do use cold packs, but I would imagine sitting at a mic/pc for nearly 3 hours with a one may not feel great. I speak from 35 years of back issues, which forced my retirement in 2005.
