The Ethan Liming case should be immediately turned over to the Ohio Attorney General’s office. The Summit county prosecutor’s office and Akron Police Department have shown incredible negligence and malicious behavior in this case and cannot be trusted to secure justice. The case should be moved to a different county, a new grand jury should review ALL the evidence, charges should be filed, and the state AG’s office should handle to prosecution. That is what should be demanded and anything less is unacceptable.
That woman was charged for not choosing to prosecute the McMichaels in the first place. That prosecutor who made the “hood justice” comment should be brought before the Ohio Bar and also charged. Apparently that’s a thing we can do now, so I say that’s a demand.
