Did he give you an MRI. a xray wont show nerve damage and sciatica is not a skeletal problem. If youre in pain I would either get a second opinion or insist upon an MRI. No matter how many years a doctor goes to school, he can’t just look at you with his eyes and determine whether or not you have nerve damage

I always have dreams where I’m trying to do the most mundane shit, like send a text message or mail a letter, and I just can’t get it done. I’m constantly being interrupted by someone or something or my fingers can’t type the words right or something like that. I wake up frustrated as hell.
I’m always dreaming that I’m back in high school after some school official discovered on my transcript that I didn’t have enough credits to graduate. So there I am, walking down the hallways with kids half my age, and trying to open my locker thinking “this is bullshit”.
Tfw I recently had a dream where I was rotting alive from the inside out being eaten by black fuzzy mold

Mike I had the exact same problem and had injections in the spine to help. But the one thing that actually helped me a lot was just lying down on my belly with pillows under my hips to prop them up. It really made a huge difference after a few days.

Mike, your back will never be the same. I pulled mine twice in the 80’s while working as USPS letter carrier. My back has never been the same. Had microscopic surgery in 2008 and now pending revision decompression and possible fusion this year.
Get a fitness watch it will tell you how many hours/minutes of light sleep, deep sleep and rem sleep you got. I notice that when I get more than 3 hours of deep sleep I feel great the next day.
