Had sudden sciatic pain about a year ago. First went to an urgent care and got a steroid shot. It helped, but didn’t fix it. Went to a highly rated chiropractor for 6 appointments over the course of 3 months. That immediately fixed it (pinched nerve at the base of the spine). I got some new shoes with orthopedic insoles and focused on sitting with better posture. Chiropractor commented at the last appointment that my alignment was holding and I didn’t need to come in anymore.
As much as I wanted to dismiss chiropractic treatment as quack shit, I’ve had two episodes in my life where it worked wonders. It’s hard to argue with results. Great to hear it’s worked out for you!
Me too. (Though black Hitler Kanye gets a pass more or less.)

I think you mentioned sciatica…if that’s the issue, I’d highly recommend an inversion table. I couldn’t get out of bed in under 15 minutes a few years ago and a friend recommended this. Passing on and hope you feel better.

Look I can tell you almost all knee problems have the same treatment: rest ice compression elevation, weight loss, nsaids, physical therapy, and finally surgery. Like literally 90% of knee problems have the same treatment algorithm.
Alcohol is a blood thinner feels like a jab at Randbot for the cat bite.
