Marriage is way down but childless married couples are way down. They are more likely to have at least one child even if they have it later on in life. Economics play a minor role on people deciding to have children because even Israelis have seen their fertility fall for Non-Orthodox Jews despite the very generous package for encouraging childbirth.

Max Blumenthal’s job is similar to Noam Chomsky in that it’s to redirect leftists who are sympathetic to Palestinians to kosher narratives like Israelis are acting like “racist southerners in the civil rights movement” or the classic “muh settler colonialism”. Though there is a hilarious moment in Blumenthal’s book, Goliath, in where he’s talking to some Chabad guys and says how they’re acting like anti-Semitic caricatures.

Mike is right about the more you become aware of the cause and genocide of the Palestinians, the less you give a crap about the Holocaust no matter how much violin music they play. What makes you even more pissed off is the constant passive aggressive “I’m the REAL victim” whining as they do acts that can only be described as evil. Look what happened to David Duke. Campaign contribution laws are basically an invitation to jail time if the government doesn’t like you, and a single man elected to the legislature is powerless in any case. You need the mass movement first, and only run candidates when you are ready.
