The reason China is being provoked is because the people who control our society are so disconnected from reality that they either ignore or deny information that’s contradictory to their beliefs. A slight “well achschually” regarding gerrymandering. Mike made the point that it was done “to determine which races are in which years” to guarantee a party switch. Gerrymandering is for the House of Representatives which every seat is up for election every 2 years. The Senate has 6 year cycles which 1/3 of the seats are up every 2 years but of course there’s no gerrymandering because they are statewide.
