The trick is that when you get a good haircut, immediately take pictures from all angles. Next time, you can show the hair cutter exactly how you want it to look and hopefully they won’t be so bad that they still fuck it up.
I had Samsung phones forever until they decided to fill their firmware image with a ton of bloatware. The “cheap” Revvl I replaced it with works fine.
A lot of times these days the “cheap” stuff is better. This even seems to apply to food. Where Iam steak usually is the same price as hamburger.

I’m at the point where I kind of don’t know what to do about my left lower back pain anymore, and I’m only in my 30’s! It’s degrading my quality of life. I changed mattresses, pillows, bed frame. I’ve been trying to stretch more. The only thing I can think of is I used to work out with weights probably 6 times a week, not body building tier, but a good solid workout; and when Covid reduced local gym hours I completely fell out of habit with it. You might want to try just walking. A guy I work with has a fucked up back and he walks everyday @ lunch hour. He swears by it.
Thanks but since I stopped working out with weights, I do quite a bit of walking now; usually upwards of 20,000 steps a day. I don’t know if my posture is fucked or what but it’s gotten so bad the past month or two.
I hurt my back busting my ass for FedEx when I was about 20, reinjured it a dozen times at least. Last spring was the worst, I could barely walk for weeks. It’s almost always heavy lifting that does the trick. The only thing I can think of that you haven’t mentioned is inversion therapy. Believe it or not, hanging upside down like a bat and decompressing is sometimes exactly what I need for relief. Otherwise, try physical therapy, stretching, and maybe chiro. It all depends on the type of pain, local aching pain is likely from disc compression and facet joint paint. Usually the cause issues of posture and weight, unless you had some traumatic back injury. Strengthening you core and back muscles can help wonders in releiving such pain. OTOH, if the pain is radiating down your legs or up your back, you likely have a compressed nerve. While exercise can help, you may need a medical intervention to relieve the pressure on the nerve before focusing on exercise. The Luddites were not against the introduction of new machinery just for the sake of it. Speaking of amusement parks, I saw a video on YouTube where a White woman went to Disneyland in California and she claims the staff were making Whites and Asians go to the back of the line and letting Blacks and Hispanics get on first. When her husband complained, the staff told him they were doing it for racial equity.
