States don’t need a law to specifically outlaw impeding traffic. Common law kidnapping criminalizes the unauthorized intentional impeding of travel in the circumstances such as blocking traffic. It only requires a DA willing to prosecute. Any state or commonwealth that has statutorily replaced the common law offense of kidnapping will have substantially the same elements of the crime. The “protestors” are prohibiting travelers from leaving the area (short of abandoning their cars) and that is as much kidnapping as locking someone up in a room or building intentionally and without being authorized to do so.
DeSantis also banned CRT in Florida schools and banned some textbooks that were anti-White. It is yet to be shown how effective the law will be.

Growing up my parents were Southern California card carrying libtards but whenever we’d drive back east or to the Midwest to see family, they’d turn on whatever local conservative talk radio was on as a joke. First, also interesting story about a shooting in a super upscale mall called Tysons Corner near DC. I used to live in the area and it was probably the nicest mall I’ve ever seen. Since I left many years ago, they completed a public transit system which connects to many of the Black Ghettos in DC.
