I was with the USASOC Flight Company. The Green Berets are a job series in the Army (18 series), and are part of the larger SOF community. SOF is Special Operations Forces and references all Special Operations, SF (18 series) referring specifically to the special forces job.

Alford Pleas are pretty unusual, at least where I’ve worked, so this savage was already getting a sweetheart deal. DAs (and victims’ families especially) dont like Alford pleas because by taking the Alford Plea this murderer will never in his life have to acknowledge his victim or admit to his crime.
They’re common in California where they’re referred to as “(People v) West pleas.” It’s another lazy judicial kludge to grease the sausage-maker and avoid the hard, necessary work of rendering actual judgments and drawing moral lines.

NJP if I could make a suggestion. Try and pay attention to your suits. I noticed some of the suits were stuck in the 90s. You need a more tailored European look. I would suggest Hugo Boss, not because it’s the best, but because it’s the compromise between price and quality. You can try Prada etc but it will cost thousands.
