I get an “MP4 over WS: websocket error” when the player is loading, on Brave, Windows 11. Pressing “Next source” fixes the problem it seems.

Video went quiet for several seconds two times. I didn’t have eyes on it so can’t speak to that. My internet connection is solid, I wouldn’t normally have lag.

Spinning wheel on title screen on desktop (both Chrome and Brave.) It seems to periodically refresh itself. I’m not even getting to the “Next Source” or whatever error other people are getting. Tried CTRL+F5, I even turned off AdBlock to see if that would help.

Stream plays for 5-10 minutes, screen refreshes and I lose stream. Happens over and over. Very frustrating.
I have noticed since you started this new streaming setup that the page periodically refreshes automatically. You’ll be typing a reply and the reply box jumps up or down screen briefly due to the refresh.
Weirdly, streaming works on my cellular data connection through Proton VPN, but doesn’t work without VPN. VPN seems to help in avoiding problems with cellular data connection.
Phone is iPhone with current iOS, multiple browsers. VPN use does seem to help a lot.

Moike you have to louche the absinthe with cold water. You aren’t supposed to drink absinthe straight. Tastes much better, and no hangover. There is some wormwood in absinthe but the chemical from wormwood, thujone, is only present in trace amounts.

Yeah this is a must-have feature for me. At 2x speed I can manage, but I don’t think the average person can consume 10 hours of TDS content + 4 hours of FTN a week at regular speed.

why don’t you guys just use ODYSEE infrastructure to do your streams??
you can still basically keep it PAYCHAD ONLY, but making that video PRIVATE afterwards and then only posting link to it on therightstuff.biz hidden being paywall
It’s honestly better to build your own infrastructure so you can’t be kicked off. Things will probably be rough for a little bit, but I am sure Mike will fix everything and the streams will be running smoothly.

Product topic: Better Call Saul’s latest season premiere shows Jimmy (main character) pretending to be a kike to get sympathy points. Quite an honest script as far as products generally go….

Brave iOS, first time I hit the reload button instead of play, and it worked immediately. Accidentally scrubbed, refreshed, and now facing endless buffering. Trying to figure it out. Scrubbing bar is very easy to accidentally thumb on phone.
The replay on this player works worse than the livestream. Gonna give up and just watch/listen at the end of the day.

So I have been doing some testing, it seems that different phone browsers have a hard time with the streams and videos. It works perfectly for me on my desktop on chrome and Firefox but not on my phone. It also seems that on the phone playbacks of the videos have some issues. Still really impressive work Mike!
Is higher speed playback gone for non-livestream? Is that in the works or not coming back?

I’m on PC with Chrome and it’s working for the most part. It’s freezing up every once in a while, and the poor playback message appears sometimes, but the stream comes back on it’s own without me having to do anything.

If yall have samsung devices, use the samaung browser to listen. It’s been working for me with no issue.
That’s what I have always used, but it no longer works for me with this streaming platform. Downloaded Brave, no dice. Tried Safari, no dice. Downloaded Brave for iPad, no dice. All show the same 0% playback error.
