Here’s my first short-story.
Can I read this one to my kids as a bed time story Alex?
I wouldn’t! Probably lots of heterosexual grooming in there.
I like both stories. “Identity Crisis” is a smooth read with a great pace and a satisfying ironic tone. “First Contact” has some classic SF worldbuilding and a welcome surprise. I look forward to more near dystopian stories, Alex! You’ve got the gift. And who’s gonna be able to do better dystopic fiction than /our guys/ anyway!?
The SF one in particular was fantastic, but both are great reads.
I hope to see more of these!

The NYT came out with an article using Maxar satelite images to confirm that those 12 bodies in the street had been there for over three weeks. However, if you use google maps you will notice the street in question which is highlighted on a map of Bucha in the NYT piece, Yablunska, looks nothing like the street in the video or even the satellite images shown in the article. There is a real positive development in the Sunday election in Hungary: Mi Hazánk (Our Homeland Party) has got in!!! Policy-wise they are 95 % /ourguys/.
