Jazz is right, the reason for conflict is because Jews recognize liberal democracy is failing in Ukraine and there is a potential for Nazi’s to take over. This is preemptive “de-nazification” exactly what Putin told the world he was doing. A few years ago Striker did a podcast on the People’s Square where he interviewed a Russian Nationalist actually from Russia. He made it sound like things were going good there and better than anywhere else. It’d be interesting to find that guy and bring him on again for an update.

Yea, there was an interesting bit in there about the Russian government not allowing more mosques to be built than the 2 or so that were already there. And also about how they were working to Whiten Moscow more or less in roundabout ways. I don’t know how much has changed since 2019 there though.
I appreciate Warren’s take on all this. Jazzhands is great too of course. And I know I sound like a simp for saying that, heh. But I believe someone on TRS has recently observed, I can’t remember who it was but they were right. We can’t possibly pretend to comprehend the intricate cultural nuances of what it’s like to live in that part of the world. I don’t think you are a simp for supporting, complimenting and encouraging our great leaders, such as Warren and Jazznds. We should make a point of being sincere and authentic. Of course there are times not to be sincere for tactical expedience.
When seeing/hearing or meeting a Ukrainian, I’ve thought these are the most stereotypically Russian sounding and looking people you could possibly meet.
