I’ve heard way too many fucked up stories about how the big trucking companies treat their drivers. That’s probably why everyone’s number 1 goal in the industry is to be an owner operator.
Push to be hourly if you are a trucker. If your time does not have a cost, your time has no importance to them. Over-the-road should be done by train anyways.
