Can confirm about Midwest pizza: I work in food distribution I move a LOT of frozen pizza crusts. I only take sacks of flour into dedicated high end pizzerias. And of those, half are using pre-shredded cheese and pre-made sauce same shit as goes into daycares and senior care. If you expect fresh oregano and basil forget it.
