The bigger problem with seed oils is not that they interfere with your endocrine system, but that they are more prone to oxidation, which causes interference with the mitochondria. Teflon is likely a marginal effect but people’s endocrine system are already weakened by reduced animal fat consumption, which means they have lower levels of natural hormone production, since hormones rely on cholesterol.

the real thing to complain about when it comes to food is that they’ve made food less nutritious and in greater quantity through commercial farming methods. I forget the exact numbers but the level of nutrition generally provided in both produce and meat is way less than it used to be
