I wonder if some guys in our thing with legal expertise could work on updating the GLR manual on legal defense. Things like expanding arguments, appending newer legal precedence, and any new strategies not listed already for activists today. Especially if there are going to be more NJP demonstrations in the future.

It’s interesting that the passive aggressive maneuvers around hearings, etc that they used to try to make Conte break the law is very similar to the same techniques that the FBI uses to try to entrap unsuspecting guys whom they want as a notch in their “white supremacy” stats.
Should be able to see or at least prepare for this behavior coming at you in advance after Greg’s ordeal and the very corrupt Charlottesville trial.
This episode actually gave me anxiety lol.

Do you have to state the reason for requesting a permit. Why not do something like a straw purchase with applying for permits. Your just requesting time and space for a demonstration. You don’t need to tell them it’s a wignat thing. Have your gf apply for a protest for higher minimum wage or something then do the bit
I read the transcript of Greg’s September hearing. It’s seemed like the judge threatened him with 93 days in jail out of nowhere. Like everything was civil, then Greg spoke over her for a split second, and that’s what set her off.
I wanted to call in to Mike & Warren but had no luck…now I just really want to listen to Striker & Conte…
