After listening about Charlottesville verdict damages, I’m wondering if it was all planned by Roberta Kaplan and the court to not only fix a guilty verdict but also make sure no real monetary (limited to 10 times) damages are awarded so plaintiffs won’t look to Kaplan for any compensation. Kaplan wins guilty verdict and keeps all the money.
