I watch on mobile browsers but you sometimes have to try multiple times or different browsers or different network connections.
Weird thing is it used to work on my phone with Brave, then I upgraded to a new phone and now it doesn’t work despite using the same set up. I always listen at work anyway so I don’t really need the video. I don’t expect them to add a download link for 10 to 30 minute videos.
Works fine for me it must be your garbage phone.

Sven, melatonin can be habit forming. Look into the precursor to melatonin which is tryptophan (carbs are turned into l-tryptophan). Or you could look into 5-htp but that’s more on the side of producing serotonin, I think. When do you take your b12 ? Probably more of a behavior. Melatonin is naturally produced, and natural production isn’t suppressed by supplementation in typical doses of 3-5mg. It’s probably more of the case that you just are used to falling asleep easy on it. But obviously staring at LED screens like phones and tv’s (not e-ink devices like kindle/kobo, they’re good), and general anxiety, will all inhibit natural sleep, and if you’re supplementing with melatonin to counteract that, it’s not a chemical dependency created by natural level suppression due to exogenous supplementation.
